I personally like the circle pad since it feels so soft and rubbery and I love a good soft and rubbery object but the sensitivity I'm not too pleased about. It has only like two levels of sensitivity - low and high, and I would have liked it if it gradually got more sensitive the further out I moved the pad.

I also don't like 3DS Sound as much. APART from the ability to play mp3s now and storing clips on ur SD Card it has an annoying delay to the appliance of effects on songs and voice clips (THAT'S THE MOST ANNOYING THING!) and also the Electric Fan effect (and maybe others) sounds NOTHING LIKE AN ELECTRIC FAN. DSi Sound was MUCH better at that stuff.

The Camera is OK, but WHERE HAVE THE DISTORTION, COLOUR, COLOURPAD, MIRROR, MISCHIEF, EMOTER, RESEMBLANCE AND FRAME LENSES GONE!?!??!?!!??! And why does the Merge lens have to put the head of one person and the face of the other!? What happened to just merging the two faces together properly!??!? AND WHAT HAPPENED TO STICKERS!?!? AND WHAT HAPPENED TO DIRECTLY UPLOADING PHOTOS TO FACEBOOK!?!? AND THE CALENDAR!?!? AND EVEN EXCHANGING PHOTOS FROM TWO 3DS's OR EVEN A 3DS AND A DSi!?!? THEY COULD HAVE USED STREETPASS TO DO THAT!!!!! AND WHY CAN'T WE PAUSE SLIDESHOWS!!!??? WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY!????!??!??!

AND WHY DID THEY STUPIDLY DELAY THE STUPID BROWSER AND eSHOP AND DSiWare TRANSFER!??!! WHY THAT TOO!?!?!? AREN'T YOU ANNOYED ABOUT ALL THIS STUFF? CUZ I AM!!!! AND ALSO WHY DELAY THE MESSAGING SYSTEM!?!?? IT BETTER BE AMAZING IF IT GETS DELAYED THIS LONG!!! SO MUCH ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT!!!!!!!

I actually just miss pictochat. I mean I'm sure most of the stuff you've said about will be rectified with a software update anyway.

The 3DS is still brand new so I guess we will just have to give nintendo some time to update it and make it reach its full potential

Im loving the 3D can really see this being put to some good use...same said for the AR feature....cameras on the 3ds even with the 3d are pretty weak...picture quality is terrible but having them is way better than not having them from a game developers point of view. Sound quality on the device is good just a lil too quiet for me....thats probs because im old a deaf all in all im thinking the 3ds is a very welcome member of the DS family

Now it's come out, I can now say what I like and don't like after the update.

The eShop is OK, but I'D HAVE REALLY LIKED IT IF I COULD WRITE, IN TEXT, MY OWN REVIEWS, INSTEAD OF TYPING STUPID TWO DIGIT NUMBERS AND TAPPING STUPID BOXES!!!!!!!! DsiWare transfer is OK, BUT I'D HAVE REALLY LIKED IT IF IT TRANSFERED THE STUPID SAVE DATA - ALL IT IS IS A .SAV FILE IT CAN'T BE THAT HARD ONLY A FEW KILOBYTES CAN'T DO ANY HARM!!! WHEN I WRITE AN EMAIL TO THEM THEY'D BETTER GIVE ME A GOOD REASON WHY THEY CAN'T SEND THE STUPID SAVE DATA!!! I LOST ALL OF MY LIKE 12 RYTMIK SONGS THANKS TO THAT!!!! IF I HAD TO WRITE THEM AGAIN IT WOULD TAKE 7(24) HOURS!!!! NOT JUST 7 ODD 12-ISH HOUR-DAYS, BUT, 7 xHOURS!!!! But I do really like the Virtual Console games. I really like the restore point feature, and also Pokédex 3D is amazing, though I'd have really liked it if it downloaded some new pokémon DATA A BIT MORE FREQUENTLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Internet Browser is OK, but they could have made an effort to enable Adobe Flash. I'm not going to complain about that too much, because it is a "battery milker", but HTML5 WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1. Battery size
2. Resolution (Especially in 3d on games with a long draw distance like lego starwars (OoT was fine))
3. The price of the eShop and the fact you have to top up in £10 intervals

The eShop's potential
Internet connectivity (Hopefully we will get flash or a youtube player soon)
AMAZING GRAPHICS
Zelda
etc etc etc etc etc

When you say resolution do you mean the picture looks aliased and 'jaggy'? I hate that but the resolution of the 3ds is good though
Battery life doesnt bother me BUT theres a reason that I'm all the way in America (LA, CA, USA) now and my 3ds is still in london (and no, its not because the 3ds is region locked).
Yeahhh...
Region locking means If xenoblade gets ported to the 3ds (or some version of it) then americans wont be able to play it. While this isnt much of a problem for me, I find it extremely dissatisfying that nintendo have chosen the option of the region lock.
Also, theres no alarm function in the 3ds. I find this annoying because now my ipod is bricked and all three of my 'cloned in china' clocks fail to wake me up, I wish i had my ds lite again.

Yeah, but its not so much of a problem with most games, i think it was just lego star wars. Every other games looks much better.
