Pokémon Black/White dated for US

150 new Pokémon and new areas coming in March

Nintendo has confirmed that the latest quest in its creature-catching series, Pokémon Black & White versions, will be out in US on March 6.

As usual, players will encounter slightly different selections of Pokémon in each version, such the two legendary Pokémon Reshiram (Black) and Zekrom (White).

But also this time around each version will have unique areas too, "with the game world of Pokémon Black Version featuring a unique metropolitan area called Black City, and a lush, green area named White Forest only found in Pokémon White Version," explains Nintendo.

This iteration will also feature the changing of seasons - another first for the series. "Certain Pokémon appear more frequently during different seasons, and players can only access some areas during a specific season," says Nintendo.

The three starter Pokémon this time, now named in English, are the Grass-type Snivy, the Fire-type Tepig or the Water-type Oshawott. Nintendo adds: "Until the main story of the game is complete, every Pokémon that players encounter will have never been seen before in previous Pokémon games. The games also feature original boy and girl trainers who set out on an adventure in the new Unova region."

Nah, they're not random, they add to the fun and experience.
Every single pokemon is good and I sort of liked pokemon rangers for the ds.

Pokemon games are announced, 6 months later are out in japan and 6 to 12 months later come over here...... *sigh* i wish i was japanese, then i would be able to get games really early (although sometimes we get games way before them :D )
